In this course, you will learn about the fundamental concepts of developing a diverse workforce within the industrial/organizational psychology field. You will learn how to develop inclusive recruitment strategies to attract and hire diverse individuals, including people with disabilities, while aligning these strategies with U.S. legal requirements. You will also learn how to implement accessible and inclusive practices to training and development efforts.
