Course Description

Build your knowledge base and experience through the professional certificate in International Student Recruitment and Enrollment Planning (ISREP) offered by the American International Recruitment Council. The professional certificate program is designed for international education professionals seeking to expand their awareness, knowledge, and skills related to international student recruitment. The course, carefully crafted by recruitment and enrollment experts, emphasizes deep understanding of professional guidelines, key concepts, tools and their application to enhance your professional profile.

This certificate program is recommended for professionals in the field of international education. Professionals working in the field of international enrollment planning and recruitment will benefit from the course. Others who wish to gain knowledge and a better understanding of this area will also find the course extremely useful. One year of experience is recommended.

Participants enrolled in the program complete seven modules offered via online learning with live and recorded modules. The 2020-2021 course launches in December, live-taught by video stream and student participation, with two additional live-taught modules offered in the summer of 2021. The cohort model enables participants to develop a strong professional network.

Participants will take an additional 3 modules online each in Jan/Feb, March/April and May/June in Spring 2021.

Each module includes assignments for assessment that will develop real-world skills for recruitment professionals.

At the end of the program, participants complete a capstone project culminating in the creation of a strategic international recruitment plan. Each participant will receive instruction, support and personalized feedback from expert practitioners in the field.

The final certificate is awarded to participants that complete the assignments for each module and the capstone project.

AIRC members receive a 30% discount for a total course fee of $980.
