Track Description

Instructional technologists need not only the “hard skills” of navigating technologies and troubleshooting, but they also require the “soft skills” of working with teams and managing projects. This certificate track covers the use of technology to collaborate and coach others in learning technologies, ensuring quality standards, and risk mitigation. Strong communication skills are also included. All four of these competencies must be completed to earn the Project Management Soft Skills certificate.

You will have six months to complete this track and can review the materials at any time during this period. If you wish to access these resources after the six months, you will need to re-enroll.
